Case Study Overview
This p started in June 2021. One of the very first projects I’ve worked on, S was a B2B Service Website in the BPO Industry. Primarily aiming to increase brand awareness, digital eyeballs, and possible B2B online conversion.
As it’s a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company site, its primary goal were three things:
1. B2B awareness, leads and conversions (in this case, set up meetings.)
- Becoming a hub for best employee candidates.
- No spending on ads, creating a Complete Organic Marketing Funnel.
Objective: Organic Traffic Increase from Search Engine
Challenge: Not enough online visibility (especially from Google), even though being in the BPO industry for over 8 years.
Solution: As the objective is focused on core organic growth and no paid involvement, it required a complete hands on approach of SEO.
Through proper usage of proper Keywords, On-page optimizations on every single page, SEO Optimized Blog posts & Case Studies, a little Off Page activities and 24/7 Chat Support; the website got increased organic traffic and huge bump in conversions.
Result + Timeline: In November 2021, it had estimated daily traffic of around 100. By August 2023, it increased to over 1000 traffic everyday.
(P.S: SEMRush’ data isn’t accurate. Throughout my experience I have seen the amount of data it shows per month, is actually data for per day or at max two days.
Example: If it says traffic is 1K/month, if you get access to GA4 of the site, you’ll mostly see the traffic would be around 1K/day on that particular month.

To summarize; Traffic increased 10x in almost 2 years, and Conversions got 5x with absolutely no Paid Advertisements and not even much Off Page activities. Just simple pure On Page Organic Growth.
