Skytech Project Case Study
About the Project
This project started in June 2021 and was one of the very first projects I worked on. Skytech is a B2B service website operating in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. The primary focus was to:
- Increase brand awareness
- Drive digital eyeballs and traffic
- Generate online B2B conversions (i.e., scheduled meetings)
As a BPO company, Skytech’s core goals were clear:
- Boost B2B brand awareness, leads, and client conversions (by scheduling meetings)
- Attract top employee candidates to the company
- Create a fully organic marketing funnel without spending on paid ads
Objective
Increase organic traffic from search engines, especially Google.
Challenge
- Very low online visibility, despite operating in the BPO sector for over 8 years.
- Minimal organic presence, almost no rankings for high-intent keywords.
Solution
As the goal was pure organic growth, we developed a comprehensive SEO strategy that required a fully hands-on approach:
- In-depth Keyword Research: Identified relevant, high-potential keywords based on the BPO niche.
- Full-Scale On-Page Optimization: Implemented on every single page — from service pages to blogs.
- Content Strategy: Created SEO-optimized blog posts, case studies, and resource pages regularly.
- Off-Page SEO: Performed essential backlinking and directory submissions (minimal but strategic).
- 24/7 Chat Support: Enhanced user engagement and increased lead capture.
✅ Through a disciplined execution of this strategy, we saw a dramatic improvement in both traffic and conversions.
Result + Timeline
- November 2021: Estimated daily traffic was ~100.
- August 2023: Grew to over 1,000 daily organic visitors.
Note: SEMrush traffic estimates often understate actual GA4 data. If SEMrush reports 1K/month, it usually means ~1K/day based on real analytics.
In summary:
- Traffic increased 10x in less than 2 years.
- Conversions increased 5x with zero paid ads and minimal off-page effort — pure On-Page Organic SEO success.
